Will Smith's thought on 'The Keys To Life....'

Key to Life #1 – Running:

When you’re running and that voice in your head that starts saying to you, “slow down, your ankles are hurting” tries to get you to stop, that’s when you keep on running and breakthrough.

When you learn to defeat that person inside that tries to get you to stop, you can defeat anything that stands in front of you. Anything that’s blocking your way toward your true purpose, destination and goal.

Key to Life #2 – Reading

Millions and billions of people that have lived before us have solved the same problems that you’re experiencing today. And they wrote down what they learned and discovered in books.

Those books are available to all of us, to tap into and gain that accelerated knowledge and use it to our advantage.

Any problem we may face – can be found in a book somewhere along with the solution to that problem.

Don't forget to live a little sometimes....

Slow down very often and appreciate the small things !

We often get caught up in life by thinking of the bigger picture and running ourselves ragged trying to fit as much as we can into one day. But how often do we truly stop and appreciate the little things?

Your memories aren't big things, they're a million little things!

The morning tea, the 10 minutes before sunrise in the quiet on a work day, the small evening walk, laughing on stupid meaningless jokes... it's these simple pleasures that bring balance to our busy lives and remind us that we don't always need to be perfect or constantly busy in order to live a full, happy life that we're proud of.

Believe it or not, the whole world probably won’t come crashing down around you if you decide to take a bit of time off. It got on perfectly well without your input for billions of years, and will probably be able to manage on its own if your cellphone is switched off for a few hours. Save at least a bit of it for yourself. Burn that bit up by having some fun and remembering how great it is simply to be alive.

The way you think and what you believe...

The way you think and what you believe of yourself will have a great impact on your success and your happiness in life. Things like "bad luck" and "problems" happens to everyone. Even the most successful happiest people have problems. It's not the problems you get but the way we deal with them.

Those who constantly think positive thoughts will generally attract more positive things into their life. You don't have to believe this but if your life is full of challenges and negativity, try thinking more positively and see how your life will start to change. Once you see this happening, you will start to see the power of positive thinking.
